Step By Step Instructions

As with any repair, you should unplug the appliance before beginning.

To replace the fill hose on your washer, you should first secure the lid with tape.

Now insert a putty knife under the main top to release the two spring clips.

Lift up the main top and support it.

Next, use pliers to release the clamp securing the fill hose to the inlet valve and pull the hose off.

Be prepared for water to spill out.

Disconnect the thermistor wires if applicable.

Remove the mounting screw securing the hose to the main top and pull the old hose free.

Prepare the new fill hose for installation by transferring the clamp from the old hose to the new one.

Insert the inlet assembly tab into the slot in the main top and secure the screw.

Attach the hose to the inlet valve and secure it with the clamp.

If applicable, connect the wires to the thermistor on the new hose.

Remove the support lower the main top and snap it into place.

Then remove the tape securing the lid.

You’re now ready to plug the power cord back in and confirm that the washer is functioning properly.
