You may return any part or product for any reason within 30 days of placing your order.
What can I return?
All electrical parts must not have been installed. Parts must not have incurred damage such as signs of installation by the customer, marks, or scuffing. Item must be returned in its original packaging including retail box and must include all accessories originally included with the item. Any item received after 30 days of shipment date will not be refunded.
When will I get my refund?
When we've received and processed the return, we will credit your card for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax. Returns are normally processed within a few days; however, your bank may not release the funds back to you for two weeks or longer depending on their policies.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not covered by our return policy. We will not refund the shipping or other surcharges you paid or any shipping charges you may incur in returning the item(s) to us.
How do I return a product?
Returns are easy. We have slightly different instructions for returns from the United States and from Canada. Take a look.

1. Complete our Return Form.
If you have a packing slip from your purchase, you can use it instead of the form above.
2. Prepare the package.
Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own box.
3. Attach return label.
Use the return-address label printed on the Return Form or the packing slip, if you received one, and tape it to the package. Prefer to make your own label? Our return address is below. Please be sure to include the completed Return Form inside the package.

Special Handling of Certain Materials: If the Product you are returning contains any combustible or otherwise hazardous materials, please contact your shipping carrier for instructions on how to safely package and ship that product. You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the proper handling, packing, and shipment of combustible materials, hazardous materials, fragile materials, materials that may leak, or anything that may cause environmental or physical harm.
