Pull out the third level rack, then open the front rack stops and fully remove the rack.

Use the needle-nose pliers to help pry the old roller off the rack, if still intact.

To install the new third level rack roller, align it on the rack mounting stem and snap it into place.

Confirm the roller spins freely, then align the rollers on the rails, slide the rack in, and close the front rack stops.
