"You will need a quarter-inch socket or nut driver and a phillips-head screwdriver for this procedure, and you may need assistance."

Be sure to unplug the power cord or shut off the power supply.

Have an assistant help you to move the range away from the wall.

Use a quarter-inch socket or nut driver to unthread the screws to release the upper rear access panel.

Disconnect the clock control wire connecters.

"Using a phillips-head screwdriver, unthread the four mounting screws to release the clock control."

Peel off the old overlay.

Clean off any residue.

"Install the new clock control overlay by peeling off the backing to expose the adhesive, then align the overlay on the clock control and press firmly."

"With the new overlay in place, peel off the protective cover."

Realign the control on the supports and thread the mounting screws.

Reconnect the wire connecters.

Realign the access panel by placing the panel tabs behind the lip of the control panel.

Thread and tighten the screws.

Move the appliance back against the wall.
