You will need a quarter-inch socket or nut driver and a flat-head screwdriver for this procedure.

Be sure to unplug the power cord.

Lift the ice bucket assembly up in the front then pull straight out.

Use a quarter-inch socket or nut driver to loosen the two icemaker mounting screws.

Lift the icemaker off of the screws and disconnect the wire connecter.

Unthread the lower screws securing the ice auger drive motor assembly.

Depress the tab to disconnect the wire harness.

You can now lift the assembly up and out.

Unthread the light bulb from the socket.

Use a flat-head screwdriver to depress the retaining tab to detach the old light socket.

Note the orientation of the wires, then disconnect them to fully release the old socket.

Install the new light socket by first connecting the wires to the appropriate terminals.

Snap the socket into place in the housing.

Thread the light bulb into the new socket ? be careful not to overtighten.

Reinstall the ice auger drive motor assembly by hooking the tabs into the slots in the support rails.

Thread the two lower screws.

Align the icemaker on the fill tube and the mounting screws then tighten the screws.
