Remove the upper hinge cover and use a 3/8th inch socket or nut driver to unthread the two screws securing the hinge

Support the freezer door as you remove the hinge

Lift off the freezer door and set aside

Using a 3/8th inch wrench, fully unthread the old center hinge pin

Lift the refrigerator door off the lower hinge pin

Using a Philips-head screwdriver or a number two square drive bit, unthread the three mounting screws to release the old center hinge

Partially thread the right mounting screw of the new center hinge into the frame

Position the spacer then align the new hinge and thread and tighten all screws

Close the door and thread and tighten the center hinge pin

Reposition the freezer door

Align the upper hinge and thread the screws
