Step By Step Instructions

Before you replace the control switch in your washer Unplug the power cord.

Use wire or string to help pull the selector knob off.
3
Now insert a small flat-head screwdriver into the holes in the back of the control housing and press the retaining tabs down to release the front control panel.
4
Disconnect the wire connecter from the control switch.
5
Now pull back the retaining tabs to release the old switch.
6
Install the new control switch by snapping it into place on the control panel.
7
Connect the wire connecter to the new switch.
8
Realign the control panel on the housing and snap it into place.
9
Replace the selector knob.
10
With the repair completed plug the power cord back in and your washer should be ready for use.
