Lawn mower won't start

Maintain fuel flow with this genuine OEM fuel filter, part number 56-6360, for select Toro, Lawn Boy, or Generac Lawn Mower, Small Engine, Snowblower, or Generators.

The fuel filter might be clogged. A clogged fuel filter is most commonly caused by leaving old fuel in the lawn mower. Over time, some of the ingredients in the fuel may evaporate, leaving behind a thicker, stickier substance. This sticky fuel can clog up the fuel filter and prevent the engine from starting. If old fuel was left in the lawn mower, drain the old fuel from the fuel tank and replace the fuel filter.

Check the connections to the fuel filter and to the filter housing. If any of the fuel lines are dry or cracked, replace them. Don't try to cut off a piece of the fuel line and then reattach it.
