Microwave buttons not working

Control operations with this genuine OEM control panel, part number 5304518873, built for select Frigidaire Microwave. Repair Clinic offers genuine OEM control panels.

To determine if the control panel is defective, try pressing each of the buttons. If none of the buttons are responding correctly, it is likely the control panel is defective and will need to be replaced.

Microwave display not working

If the microwave does not have a separate display board, then the display not working is likely caused by a defective control panel.

Microwave door not opening/closing properly

For some microwave models, an open lever that is part of the control panel is responsible for releasing the microwave door when a push button is pressed. If the door won't open, you may need to replace the entire control panel assembly to fix the problem.

Microwave exhaust fan not working

If the exhaust fan indicator doesn't come on when the fan button is pressed on the control panel, it's likely the control panel is malfunctioning and should be replaced.
