When your E-Wave washer is shaking, vibrating too much, or moving during the spin cycle, start by checking the washing machine damper, the most likely cause. A damaged or missing damper can no longer absorb tub movement, allowing the washer to become unbalanced. If the washer shakes only while draining, inspect the drain pump for debris or another obstruction, since a partially blocked or malfunctioning pump can cause vibration. Next, check the shock absorbers for wear, damage, or separation after the washer has been moved. Replace all worn shock absorbers together when possible.
