Estate Washer is making loud noise
When your Estate washing machine is making loud noise, first check that the shipping bolts and foam block were removed from the rear of the washer. These transport materials can keep the tub from moving correctly and may cause a washer making banging noise or other unusual sounds. If the noise continues, especially when the washer is spinning, the tub bearing is the most likely cause. A worn tub bearing can make a noisy washing machine sound rough, rumbling, or grinding, and replacing it often requires major disassembly. 05 - Estate Washing Machine Rear Drum with Bearing
The rear drum has a bearing or bearings in it to keep the inner tub spinning smoothly. If the tub bearing system is defective the washer can become very noisy. On some machines bearings are sold separately from the rear drum, however we recommend replacing both the outer drum and bearing as an assembly if the manufacturer offers the components together because removing and pressing in the new bearing can be exceptionally difficult.
