Step By Step Instructions

As with any repair, be sure to turn off the power supply to your dishwasher before beginning.

To replace the dispenser lever, your first step is to remove the screws which secure the inner and outer door panels together.

Separate the panels.

Now use pliers to depress the tabs on the dispenser arm and pull the old dispenser lever free.

Prepare the new dispenser lever for installation by first transferring the spring from the old lever to the new one.

Now hold the dispenser arm as you align the spring with the tab on the inner panel then align the lever with the metal arm and snap the dispenser arm into the lever.

Realign the inner and outer door panels making sure the door latch lever is properly positioned.

Replace the screws in the inner panel to secure.

Be aware that the fine thread screws are intended for the two bottom screw holes.

With the new dispenser lever installed you’re now ready to turn the power supply back on and confirm that the dishwasher is functioning properly.
