As with any repair, be sure you unplug the appliance before beginning.

To replace the pressure switch in your washer, remove the screws securing the top panel.

Now lift the panel up and push forward to remove.

Next, remove the pressure switch mounting screw to release the switch from the support bracket.

Note the orientation of the wires and disconnect them from the switch.

Release the retaining clamp and detach the air tube to fully release the old switch.

Install the new pressure switch by first attaching the air tube.

Position the retaining clamp to secure.

Connect the wires to the appropriate terminals on the new switch.

Position the switch on the support bracket and replace the mounting screw.

Realign the top panel and replace the screws to secure.
