Power systems with this genuine OEM transformer, part number 38512, compatible with select Snapper or Lennox Humidifier, Air Conditioner, Lawn Mower, or Packaged Unit/RTU.

Some furnaces have a separate transformer to provide 24 volts to the humidifier. If the water inlet valve is not receiving 24 volts and the contacts in the humidistat are closing as expected, it's likely the transformer has failed and the component will need to be replaced.

Some furnaces have a separate transformer to provide voltage to the humidifier to turn the drum. If the humidifier is not receiving the proper voltage, but the contacts in the humidistat are closing as expected, it's likely the transformer has failed and the component will need to be replaced.

Air conditioner wall thermostat not working properly

On some air conditioning units the control board sends a low voltage signal of 24 volts to the thermostat. When the thermostat's contacts close, a 24 volt signal is sent to the appropriate unit and components. Some air conditioners may have a separate transformer for the 24 volt circuit. If the transformer has the proper input power but no 24 volt output to the thermostat, the transformer will need to be replaced.
