Dishwasher won't latch

A broken or missing dishrack roller can cause the dishrack to not be seated properly on the rails which can prevent the dishwasher door from latching properly. Inspect all rollers to confirm they are intact and not damaged. Replace any missing or broken rollers with new ones and ensure the dishrack can be fully pushed into the dishwasher.

Dishwasher has a burning smell

A dishrack roller that has become detached can fall onto the dishwasher's heating element and create a burning smell as the element heats up. Confirm that no broken parts have fallen onto the element and replace a missing dishrack roller with a new one.

Dishwasher dishrack not sliding in and out properly

If a dishrack roller is damaged or has come loose, the dishrack will be difficult to slide in and out properly. Inspect all of the rollers and replace any missing or damaged ones to resolve the issue.
